A Day with a Ballroom Dancer

My sister Libby is a ballroom dancer. She started in about 5th grade and now she's in college dancing on Utah Valley University's tour team as a freshman. She's incredibly talented. Her competition days start early and requires a few hours of hair and make up prep. Then there are countless hours spent at the venue competing, waiting for results, competing, waiting.... It makes for a LONG day. Here is a small sneak peak into a typical competition day.
